On October 8, a telematic meeting took place corresponding to Month 18th of the European ZEOCAT-3D project, in which all members participated actively presenting the tasks carried out to date, as well as setting out the following strategies.
Among all the activated Work Packages, the most relevant developed tasks, at this stage, are the production of nanoparticles and the synthesis of zeolites, as well as the design and scaling of the reactor. Closely related to the catalyst production, the first 3D-printed zeolites are being made. At the same time, computer simulations continue in order to keep updated the information about the catalytic process and all the factors involved in it.
In the meeting, LUREDERRA presented the strategy to be followed for carrying out a techno-economic and risk analysis of the project, focusing on the study of the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). In addition to these new actions activated few months ago, LUREDERRA will continue with the synthesis of different complex nano-oxides using the FSP technique (Flame Spray Pyrolysis).
