The MARKETPLACE European Project, entitled “Materials modelling marketplace for increased industrial innovation”, began in January 2018 and brings together 18 partners from eight European countries, including Lurederra Technology Centre.
Specifically, the project will use information technologies already established in the state of the art, in order to build an open web-based integrated Materials Modelling and Collaboration platform that acts as one-stop-shop and open Marketplace for providing all determining components that need to be interwoven for successful and accelerated deployment of materials modelling industry.
More specifically, LUREDERRA is responsible for acting as an end user and validator of the MARKETPLACE platform in the specific use case related to the design and production of nano-materials using Flame Spray Pyrolysis (FSP) technology. In this sense, LUREDERRA is working providing the necessary requirements to design and implement models and databases on the platform for this specific use case. Also, the platform will be used for the design and production of nanoparticles in the fields of catalysis and functional coatings.
