One year after the kick-off meeting of the project, all partners were again reunited in order to present the progress achieved so far. The meeting took place in Brussels last Tuesday, 24th October. Throughout the assembly, several advances were shown in the technical part of the development. Lurederra had the opportunity to present the activities carried out in the last months, highlighting the synthesis and collection of a first cathode composition produced through the FSP technology, as well as some first physico-chemical characterizations.
On the second day, UniGraz and EURECAT partners held a workshop session on “Battery Passport”, showing us a first version of the digital model. Finally, and closing the two-days meeting, the European Commission informed us of the latest battery regulations in the European Union, as well as the main objectives concerning the raw material consumption for the coming years.
