One of the technical approaches deals with ferrite-based composites, and LUREDERRA Technology Centre is using their exclusive Flame Spray Pyrolysis equipment to produce improved nanomaterials that can shape those composites.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, May 30<sup>th<\/sup>, C\u00e9sar de Juli\u00e1n (Senior researcher from Istituto dei Materiali per l\u2019Elettronica e il Magnetismo &#8211; CNR), visited the facilities of LUREDERRA to comment more in detail the current developments. More in detail, apart from revising the general steps of the technology, the FSP equipment was revised in the pilot plant, analysing the main parameters that are being adjusted, as well as the FSP modifications that are being implemented in the machine mainly in order to generate a suitable magnetic field in the process. It was discussed which type of magnet could be most appropriate and other alternative systems to generate this magnetic field.
