The 13 partners of SUSAAN project consortium met the first week of November at the facilities of the NCSR \u201cDemokritos\u201d research center in Athens to evaluate the results after 18 months of research, highlighting the satisfactory results obtained so far in the selection of active antimicrobial and antiviral nanoparticles.<\/p>\n

After the definition, development and testing phase, in the following period hybrid nanoparticles will be decisive in the formulation of antiviral and antimicrobial nanocoatings, which will be applied to different surfaces, such as metal, plastic or textiles.<\/p>\n

The conclusions of this meeting will be published in the third newsletter of the project https:\/\/susaan-project.com\/<\/p>\n

SUSAAN is a European project coordinated by Lurederra and funded by the Horizon Europe HORIZON-CL4-2021-RESILIENCE-01.<\/p>\n
